We can provide you with a Loan Computer while yours is being repaired.
We Service all Makes and Models of PC's and Laptops and all Microsoft Operating Systems are Easily Fixed. (Win95/98/ME/2000/XP/VISTA/Win 7).
We cover Christchurch City and outlying areas.
Jobs can be booked by our clients for an onsite visit via Email on any day that is convienient but please Contact
us by phone if your job is Urgent, or you require AFTER HOURS Support, (6pm onwards Mon-Fri or Sat/Sun).
The standard Callout fee of 1 hour includes travel time for the technician to arrive onsite.
Unplanned delays such as Roadworks, Heavy Traffic etc will not be counted as travel time.
Payment from New clients must be made when the onsite technician repairs the problem.
A minimum 1 hour charge of between $90 - $140 applies to all callouts depending on your Location to cover travel time and onsite repair time.
Account holders and regular customers do not need to pay in advance and payment can be made on the 20th of the following month for work done.

Additional costs will be incurred for :-
Hardware failure (Parts and Labour)
Total Reloading of a Corrupted Operating System
Additional time spent onsite past the first 1 hour (rounded to nearest 15 mins)
Generally most faults can be fixed within the first hour.
Severe faults (such as hardware failure) can be returned to base,
repaired and delivered back to the customers house/place of business as soon as possible.
In this case, the 1 hour onsite fee will be deducted from the Final cost.

Christchurch City: Parklands/Burwood/New Brighton - $90 Callout fee
Christchurch City: Papanui/Linwood/Woolston/Saint Albans - $100 Callout fee
Christchurch City: Riccarton/Avonhead/Hornby - $110 Callout fee
Kaipoi: Woodend/Templeton/Lyttleton - $130 Callout fee
Rangiora: Rolleston/Woodend - $140 Callout fee
